Items that appear to have been used, washed, damaged, have odors or altered in any way will not be accepted. We recommend placing your item over your underwear.

It is important to note that all exchanges/returns must be processed and returned within 14 days of the delivery date as indicated in the tracking information.


To request a refund, simply contact our customer support within 48 hours from the time of delivery, stating the reason for the return and sending photos. We will be ready to assist you and provide all the necessary guidance for the process.

After checking item return if refund is approved. We will automatically refund your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
