Do you offer custom sizing?

Custom sizing may be available for selected styles. Please contact us before placing your order.

How long does production take?

Selected styles are made to order and handcrafted individually.

Production times vary depending on the type of piece and current order volume.

• Jewellery and accessories: approximately 3–7 business days

• Crochet and made-to-order garments: approximately 7–14 business days

Please note that during busy periods, production may take longer than usual. Estimated production times are also listed on each product page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally.

Can I return a made-to-order item?

Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?  

As selected styles are handcrafted, slight variations may occur. These small differences are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
