Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Mars piece. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.

Made-to-order, personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a faulty or damaged product.

For ready-to-ship items, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at marscoleccion@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue where possible.

If your return request is approved, the item must be sent back in its original condition, unused and with its original packaging.

Once received, all returned items are inspected. Returns that do not meet our return conditions, show signs of use, damage, alteration, or are returned without their original packaging may be refused.

If the return is approved following inspection, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
